As some of you know, I had this blog for awhile, deleted it and brought it back. I have in the past been afraid to let my voice be heard. I get shy in front of masses of people (even if I can't see them! :)).Yoga has helped me greatly with this, and I'm glad to be on here sharing with you.
I hope this journey is one you will join with me! Hope to see you in yoga class if you're local and if you're not, I hope this online community is one that you'll share with me. There will be lots to talk about!!
